Time for a new language, a new discourse
pp. 285-291
Abstract
The thoughts and ideas I put forward in this speculative paper arise out of my initial research on the influence of the new sciences of chaos and complexity on organizational change and transformation. My interest in these and their links to language has been much inspired by the work of Stacey (1993) and, in particular, his reference to the need for a "new dominant discourse" (pers.comm. 1996).
