Characterization and deduction of bell-type inequalities
pp. 35-41
Abstract
The problem of the intrinsic characterization of classical probabilities is considered. A theorem is given which specifies when an inequality of the form 0 ≤ L ≤ 1, where L is a linear combination of the observed probabilities, is a condition for classical representability. An algorithm, based on Boole's theory, that generates Bell-type inequalities for given empirical situations is illustrated.
