A commentary on Tögel's paper

Abstract
The three examples chosen to show the relevance of historical research in psychology are undoubtedly suitable. Tögel was astute in selecting these three examples from the history of psychology which represent unsolved problems for current research. Urgent theoretical questions emerge from this historical perspective.
