The development of German-language legal philosophy and legal theory in the second half of the 20th century

Hasso Hofmann

pp. 285-365

Abstract

The text material from five decades is very voluminous and highly diverse. In order to achieve even the semblance of an overview, it is necessary to attempt a distinction between periods, as the usual classification according to philosophical "schools" or "main tendencies" would not be appropriate.
